Maldives Easter Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Mykish Travels.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.


2. Pricing & Inclusions

All packages are curated and may include accommodation, transfers, and selected inclusions as specified at the time of booking.

Prices are:

  • not publicly listed
  • subject to availability
  • subject to change until confirmed

Final inclusions may vary depending on resort and package tier.


3. Deposit & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date advised at the time of confirmation.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.


4. Changes & Amendments

Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the change.


5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change and aim to offer flexibility where possible.

If you are unable to proceed with your Maldives holiday after paying your deposit, and you notify us at least 60 days prior to your scheduled stay:

  • Your deposit can be transferred to a future booking, or
  • A credit note will be issued for the full value of the deposit

The credit note will be valid for 2 years from the date of cancellation.

Cancellations made within 60 days of travel may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.


6. Availability & Allocation

All packages are limited and released in phases.

Villa categories, inclusions, and pricing tiers are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Early access does not guarantee availability of all options.


7. Travel Requirements

It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure:

  • valid passport
  • visa requirements (if applicable)
  • compliance with entry regulations

Mykish Travels is not responsible for denied boarding or entry.


8. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.

This should cover cancellations, medical expenses, and unforeseen changes.


9. Supplier Responsibility

All services are provided by third-party suppliers including resorts and transfer providers.

Mykish Travels acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or changes caused by suppliers.


10. Force Majeure

Mykish Travels is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • weather conditions
  • natural disasters
  • airline disruptions
  • government restrictions

11. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

12. Marketing Positioning Clause 

Some packages, inclusions, or pricing may not be publicly advertised and are offered through private or limited-release arrangements.

Access to such offers is subject to availability and may not be accessible after initial release phases.
