Accreditation, explained
You may notice Mykish Travels isn't listed with ATAS (the Australian Travel Accreditation Scheme). ATAS is one recognised industry standard, but it isn't the only one, and it isn't a legal requirement to trade as a travel agent in Australia. Mykish's safeguards run through two international accreditations that most independent travel businesses don't hold at all: IATA (International Air Transport Association) for flight ticketing standards, and CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) for cruise-industry professional standards. Between them they cover ticketing integrity and industry professional conduct — real, checkable standing, not a badge for its own sake.
Direct contracts, not resold inventory
Every resort in the Maldives and Scandinavia portfolios is a direct relationship, negotiated by Mykish, not bought wholesale from a third party and marked up. In practice that means access to genuine inclusions a marketplace booking rarely gets — depending on the resort and the season, that can mean complimentary nights, meal-plan upgrades, or resort credit that isn't advertised anywhere public. Where a resort offers something like this, it's noted on that resort's own page rather than promised generically here — the advantage is real, not a blanket claim.
Every Mykish Maldives package includes your transfers — speedboat, domestic flight and boat, or seaplane, whichever is the resort's own standard. You won't be quoted a headline price that quietly excludes the way you actually get to the island.
