Transfers are in the price. Flights are not
Whatever a resort’s standard transfer is — speedboat, domestic flight plus boat, or seaplane — it is included in your package price. International flights are not: tell us the package you like and we build the flights from Australia, the stopovers and the nights either side around it.
The two seasons, and why neither wins
December to April is the dry season — flat seas and reliable sun, but the busiest and priciest stretch. May to November brings more rain but is when plankton blooms draw manta rays and whale sharks into feeding channels in atolls like Baa and South Ari. Neither is objectively better — it depends what you’re after.
How many nights you actually need
Most families do about a week. Each package here runs to its own fixed number of nights and the card says which — and if you want longer, or want to split the stay across two islands, that is planned as one journey rather than two bookings. Tell us and we will quote it.

01 Are flights from Australia included in your Maldives packages?
No — the package price covers the stay, the dining and the transfers each offer lists, and international flights are arranged separately. That keeps the largest single cost of the trip visible rather than buried in a headline figure. Tell us the package you like and we build the flights from Australia, the stopovers and the nights either side around it.
02 Does every Mykish Maldives package include transfers?
Yes. Whatever a resort’s standard transfer is — speedboat, domestic flight plus boat, or seaplane — it’s included in your package price. Any seaplane upgrade over an included speedboat transfer is quoted separately and never assumed.

05 Why are package prices shown here but not resort rates?
A resort rate moves constantly and depends on your dates, your villa and your party, so we quote it personally rather than publishing a headline figure we could not stand behind. A package is different: it is a contracted offer with a fixed basis, so its “from” price is a real number we can publish and defend — and it is printed here with the basis it is quoted on.
06 What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancellation terms follow the resort policy and are confirmed in writing at booking. We recommend travel insurance and can arrange a quote through our partners.
About these prices. Each “from” figure is the lowest priced tier of that package on the basis printed with it — which differs between packages, so read the two together. Package prices are in Australian dollars, and no figure on this page is converted from another currency: where a supplier or a government publishes in its own currency, we show theirs, labelled. Package prices are land arrangements only and do not include airfares. Full inclusions, every tier and the complete terms are on each package’s own page. Availability is confirmed at the time of enquiry. Rates are quoted and billed in Australian dollars. Mykish Travels is IATA accredited and CLIA member.
