Rahul's story
Mykish Travels is run out of Brisbane by Rahul, an IATA and CLIA accredited travel consultant who built the business on a simple frustration: too much of the travel industry sells you a brochure written by someone who has never set foot in the resort. Mykish works differently — direct contracts with the resorts themselves, not resold allotments, and advice from someone who has personally visited the majority of the properties on this site.
That means when you ask "is the house reef actually good, or is that just the photos," you get a straight answer, not a marketing line. It also means when a resort genuinely isn't the right fit for what you're after, Mykish will say so — even if it costs a booking. Trust is worth more than one sale.
The name story
"Mykish" isn't a made-up travel-brand word — it's family. The name is built from the people behind it: Rahul's wife Isha, and daughters Mysha and Kiyara.
