What we collect

When you make an enquiry, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, travel dates, party size, budget indication and anything you tell us about the trip you're planning. We don't collect more than we need to plan and quote your trip.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailored quote, and — if you book — to arrange your travel with the relevant suppliers on your behalf. We only send marketing communications if you've opted in via the consent checkbox on our enquiry form; that box is unticked by default.

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary with the resorts, airlines, cruise lines and other suppliers involved in fulfilling your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How we store it

Your information is stored securely in our booking and customer-relationship systems, accessible only to Mykish Travels staff who need it to manage your enquiry or booking.
