Two properties, not a destination list
- Two direct contracts, no middleman. Impiana Private Villas Seminyak and Impiana Private Villas Ubud are both contracted directly with Impiana — nothing here is resold allotment with someone else’s margin inside it.
- Rahul has stayed at both. Not a site inspection and not a brochure — he has slept in them, which is why he will tell you when one of the two is the wrong one for your trip.
- No booking engine, no price grid. Tell Rahul who’s coming and roughly when; he comes back personally with a route and a shortlist.

SEMINYAK
Impiana Private Villas Seminyak
Couples who want a walled garden and their own pool without giving up walkable Seminyak — and families and groups, because the villas interconnect through private garden doors into five, six, eight and nine-bedroom compounds.
Not if your picture of Bali is quiet. This is a villa estate in a busy part of the island: the walls give you privacy, not silence, and there are neighbouring properties on every side.

Impiana Private Villas Ubud
Couples, honeymooners and anyone who wants the Ayung river valley, the architecture and a slower week — plus two specific family products, a two-bedroom Family Villa and a three-bedroom Grand Villa, each with its own pool.
Not a beach holiday, and not a walk into Ubud — the palace and the market are a short drive. The Kids Corner is a playroom, and it is unattended.

One honest line: January and February are the wettest months of the year in Bali. You can have a very good trip in either — the spa, the food and the villa do not care what the sky is doing — but if the week is meant to be about beach days, those are the wrong weeks to book, and we will say so before you book them.
